EMILY NICHOLSON
Attorney
Emily Nicholson is the owner of Emily Nicholson Law. She is certified as a specialist in estate planning, trust, and probate law by the California State Bar, and she has practiced exclusively in those areas for nearly 15 years.

Prior to opening Emily Nicholson Law in 2017, Emily had the good fortune of training with some of the best estate planning attorneys in San Diego. When she is not hard at work, she is hard at play with her husband and kids in Pacific Beach.
Emily has a B.S. in biochemistry and cell biology from UCSD; a J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law; and an LL.M. in Taxation (masters in tax law) from the University of San Diego. She is a member of the California State Bar, the San Diego County Bar Association and Lawyer’s Club.
Emily enjoys speaking and writing about estate planning and legal practice management issues.
